This process coats the board in a thin, non-conductive, clear layer (similar in appearance to urethane) that provides corrosion and electrical short-circuit protection. This will help improve the lifespan of the product, especially in humid locations.

You can either have your order to Radio Systems drop-shipped to ifsupplies (Industrial Electronics) for coating, or ship from your stock to ifsupplies.

Process:

• The PCB is removed from its enclosure (if applicable).
• Connectors, LEDs, buzzers, etc. are protected.
• The PCB is coated on both sides and allowed to dry.
• Protective devices are removed from the connectors, etc.
• The PCB is re-installed in its enclosure.
