Shipping Information

• Orders received by Noon EST will normally ship the same day.
• We ship UPS/FedEx using the service level (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc) selected during the checkout process.
• If you wish, we can ship using your UPS Shipper Number; just include it in the Special Instructions notes during checkout and we will remove the shipping amount from the final invoice.  To be sure, please include your UPS # each time you place an order.

Returns

For Canadian customers, we prefer payment by credit card.  We will contact you after you submit the order.

For any return/billing issues, please contact us directly. We will take care of you personally on a case-by-case basis.
